On Sunday, the OccPhyz Warriors left the stethoscope and office attire at home and donned our best active wear to raise awareness for suicide prevention by competing in the 2019 Bridge to Brisbane. Thanks to our amazing supporters we have been able to raise $748 for R U OK?
From a large crowd of over 4000 teams the OccPhyz Warriors pulled through to finish 141 in the teams 5km.
R U OK? is a national suicide prevention charity whose vision is a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide. Our mission is to inspire and empower everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them and support anyone struggling with life.
